Purple Martins are social birds that prefer colony living. Heath's 12-room Starling Resistant Purple Martin House to allow only the Purple Martins in to nest. Because it's constructed of durable, lightweight aluminum it's made to keep the birds cooler in the summer months. Each room includes door stops and protective rails. Can be modified from 12 down to 6 larger sized rooms. Mounting pole sold separately.
